Description

Inji Legiyam is a classical Siddha formulation that centers around ginger, a potent herb known for its digestive and anti-inflammatory properties. The fresh ginger is finely ground and mixed with sweetening agents such as jaggery and honey to create a thick, sweet, and spicy paste. Traditionally, this legiyam is used to enhance digestive fire (Agni), relieve indigestion, bloating, and abdominal discomfort. In Siddha practice, Inji Legiyam is believed to balance the three doshas—Vatham, Pitham, and Kapam—which helps maintain overall health. Doses
