1 Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A. Product Damaged or Defective During Delivery

If the product received by you is damaged, broken, leaking, defective, or otherwise affected during delivery, please contact us immediately after receiving the order.

We may request photographs or videos of:

• The outer packaging and shipping label
• The damaged or defective product
• The product packaging and batch details
• Any other information required to verify the issue

After verification, SKM Siddha & Ayurveda may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

B. Product Missing from the Order

If any product mentioned in your order is missing from the delivered package, please notify us as soon as possible. After verification of the order and dispatch details, we will arrange for the missing product to be dispatched or provide a refund for the missing item, as applicable.

C. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from the one ordered, please contact us immediately with your order details and photographs of the product received. After verification, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent or provide an appropriate refund, as applicable.

2 Reporting a Delivery Issue

To help us resolve your complaint quickly, please report any damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Registered name and contact details
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging
• Shipping label, wherever applicable

Our team will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution.

3 Refund Process

Once the issue has been verified and your refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed to the original payment method used for the order, wherever possible.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution involved. Shipping or other charges, where applicable, will be considered based on the nature of the issue and the circumstances of the case.

4 Products Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or replacements are generally not applicable for products that have been correctly delivered in good condition simply because the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer requires the product.

For hygiene, safety and product-quality reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return or refund, except where the product is found to be defective, damaged during delivery, missing, or incorrectly delivered.

5 Important Information

Customers are advised to check the package and products received against their order as soon as possible after delivery.

SKM Siddha & Ayurveda reserves the right to verify each claim before approving a refund or replacement.

6 Cancellation of Orders

Order cancellation, wherever permitted, will be subject to the order's processing and dispatch status. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Any eligible cancellation refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
