SKM Bruhatiadi Kashayam is a classical Ayurvedic formulation primarily used to support urinary health, especially in conditions presenting with burning urination and pelvic discomfort. It includes key herbs like Bruhati (Solanum indicum), Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum), Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), Shalaparni and Prishnaparni which work synergistically to promote diuresis, relieve irritation in the urinary passages, and pacify aggravated Apana Vata and Pitta dosha.
