Nalpamaradi Keram is prepared with barks of four Ficus trees—Ficus benghalensis, Ficus religiosa, Ficus microcarpa, and Ficus racemosa—combined with sesame oil as the base, along with Triphala, white sandalwood, vetiver, turmeric, and fumaria indica extract. It possesses antipruritic, antioxidant, antifungal, and demulcent properties and is traditionally indicated for managing itchy skin, scabies, dermatitis, eczema, acne, pigmentation, dark spots, uneven skin tone, and fungal infections. The oil is noted for its ability to lighten complexion, reduce tanning, promote healing of skin lesions, and enhance skin luster through regular application. Its antioxidant-rich herbal ingredients may offer mild anti-aging support while soothing inflammation associated with dry or irritated skin.
